Assilli colonial farms, located in the outskirts of the village, on the provincial road  which were a part of the productive portion of the original farm, included 100 hectares of land, woodland and arable land

The buildings, Assilli approximately 800 square metres, Casa Basa 250 square metres and Palazzo 600 square metres, are near the village of Radda in Chianti, and they are all inclosed in the 100 hectares of woodland and arable land, adjacent to the provincial road 2bis.

The property is in evident decay, as they have not been used for decades.
